This week (July 4, 2025 - July 10, 2025), the average operating rate of primary lead smelters in the three provinces decreased by 1.59 percentage points WoW, reaching 66.88%. The specific situation is as follows:

In Henan, a smelter conducted minor maintenance due to equipment failure, resulting in a slight decrease in production this week. It is expected to resume normal production next week. Another smelter's newly added crude lead capacity is operating steadily, and it is expected that the production of primary lead will increase in mid-to-late July. The operating rates of smelters in Hunan and Yunnan regions remained stable overall.

Outside the sample of the three provinces, a smelter in North China that was undergoing routine maintenance is expected to complete maintenance and resume production in mid-to-late July. Another smelter in east China plans to conduct a longer-term maintenance in Q4.
